Grand Hotel Holiday Resort, Hersonissos (Crete)

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The pools and water slides were fantastic and provided plenty of fun, but I found the dining options to be limited and inconsistent in quality. The staff were generally helpful, but the service felt disorganized at times. Overall, it offered a pleasant stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
